Carlyn Kinn

Carlyn is an experienced business leader who has spent over a decade at Bain & Company driving impact for clients and managing internal operations within a top-tier global consulting firm. During her tenure at Bain, she advised corporations across industries on topics ranging from change management and setting long-term strategies to identifying and implementing process improvements and business growth drivers. Additionally, Carlyn managed a practice area for the Americas where she was responsible for strategy and operations, developing and disseminating IP and thought leadership pieces, and managing the development of practice area team members.
Carlyn is passionate about the intersection of people, culture, and impact - fostering environments where individuals can do their best work and deliver outsized value for their clients. Additionally, through community and family ties, she has a deep appreciation for the role that entrepreneurial businesses play in growing local economies and the enduring impact such organizations have on the lives of families that work to preserve them.
Carlyn has a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is based in Utah and enjoys spending time in the mountains with her husband and children.
