Jocelyn’s journey into family business began in 2019 when she joined the Family Business Center at the University of Louisville. In her various roles at the center, Jocelyn discovered a profound sense of purpose in working closely with business families, developing a deep appreciation for the unique dynamics and challenges they face. Her time at the Family Business Center ignited a dedication to helping family businesses thrive - a commitment she continues to uphold at Generation6.

After earning her marketing degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 2010, Jocelyn gained valuable experience in the food service and market research industries. In 2019, her family relocated to Louisville, KY, where she continued her education, earning an MBA from the University of Louisville and obtaining a project management certificate from the same institution in 2022.

In her role as the project coordinator at Generation6, Jocelyn plays a crucial part in helping the team enhance its capacity for supporting families in building unity and continuity. Leveraging her extensive background, she coordinates resources, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and successful project outcomes.

Jocelyn resides in Louisville, KY with her husband and two children.
